MDS Sign up Statement

Your MDS scheme sign up status is visible in the table below. If you see 1 the practice is signed up to the scheme, if you see 0 you practice is currently not signed up to the scheme.

Clicking the number shown will either show you the current MDS available or if you are not signed up direct you to the sign up form needed to join the scheme.

If you use Alliance Healthcare as your first line wholesaler you will have access to all the MDS schemes available (manufacturer permitting). If you use Alliance Healthcare as your second line wholesaler you will have limited access to the MDS schemes.

Inclusion into our partner MDS are solely at the discretion of the corresponding manufacturer. Please refer to manufacturers individual Terms & Conditions.
